Shipping policy

Order Processing
The Comeback Issue is a limited print run and will begin shipping at the end of November 2025. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
Orders within the United States ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground Saver. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Saver. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by local customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tullemag.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assist you. Replacements are subject to availability due to our limited print run.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee replacements for limited edition issues.
